a visit to the cedars of lebanon / by Maranie Staab

for new friends and the opportunity to see the historically famous cedars of lebanon forest. the trees, some of which are said to be over 1000 years old, are referenced numerous times in the bible, are the national tree of lebanon and make up the oldest, documented forest in the world.
a few hours in nature followed by a traditional lebanese lunch was just was i needed to recalibrate the soul.
